At their 1215bis meeting (17 December 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1215bis/3.1b), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 664 by Mr Pieter Omtzigt on “Mr Baran’s cases”.

At their 1213th meeting (26 November 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1213/3.1), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly (Brussels, 18 November 2014):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Recommendations 2057 to 2059 (2014) and Resolutions 2022 to 2027 (2014) adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly (Brussels, 18 November 2014).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendations 2057 to 2059 (2014) to the competent Committees of Experts for information and possible comments and to the relevant Rapporteur Groups with a view to preparing a draft reply for adoption at an early date, as appropriate.”

At their 1210th meeting (22 and 24 October 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1210/3.2a), the Deputies instructed their Chair to inform the President of the Assembly that, owing to a lack of consensus it has not been possible to adopt a reply to this question.

At their 1210th meeting (22 and 24 October 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1210/3.1), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at the 4th part of the 2014 Session (Strasbourg, 29 September – 3 October 2014):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Recommendations 2052 to 2056 (2014) and Resolutions 2011 to 2021 (2014) adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its 4th part of the 2014 Session (Strasbourg, 29 September – 3 October 2014).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendations 2052 to 2056 (2014) to the competent organs and/or committees of experts for information and possible comments and to the relevant Rapporteur Groups with a view to preparing draft replies for adoption at an early date.”

At their 1209th meeting (8 October 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1209/3.1b), the Deputies took note of the report of Mr Elmar Mammadyarov, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the Committee of Ministers, to the Parliamentary Assembly (CM/AS(2014)7) and of his statement (CM/AS(2014)8). They also took note of the replies given to parliamentary questions by the Chairman of the Committee of Ministers (AS(2014)CR34).

At their 1206th meeting (10 September 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1206/3.1c), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 660 by Ms Liliane Maury Pasquier on the “Opening for signature of the Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs”.

At their 1206th meeting (10 September 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1206/3.1d), the Deputies adopted the joint reply to Written Question No. 652 by Mr Grigore Petrenco: “New cases of prosecution of anti-fascists in Estonia” and to Written Question No. 654 by Mr Alexey Pushkov: “Situation concerning Mr A. Zarenkov's detention in Estonia”.

At their 1205th meeting (9 July 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1205/3.2b), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 658 by Mr Michael Aastrup Jensen on the “European Agreement on Au Pair Placement”.

At their 1205th meeting (9 July 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1205/3.2a), the Deputies instructed the Chair to inform the President of the Parliamentary Assembly that, “owing to a lack of consensus, it has not been possible to adopt a reply to Written Question No. 655 by Mr Pintado”.

At their 1205th meeting (9 July 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1205/3.1), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at the 3rd part of the 2014 Session (Strasbourg, 23-27 June 2014):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Recommendations 2046 to 2051 (2014) and Resolutions 1999 to 2010 (2014) adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its 3rd part of the 2014 Session (Strasbourg, 23-27 June 2014).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendations 2046 to 2051 (2014) to the competent organs and/or committees of experts for information and possible comments and to the relevant Rapporteur Groups with a view to preparing draft replies for adoption at an early date, as appropriate.”

At their 1204th meeting (2-3 July 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1204/3.1b), the Deputies took note of the report of Mr Elmar Mammadyarov, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the Committee of Ministers, to the Parliamentary Assembly (CM/AS(2014)5) and of his statement (CM/AS(2014)6). They also took note of the replies given to parliamentary questions by the Chairman of the Committee of Ministers (AS(2014)CR20).

At their 1202nd meeting (10-11 June 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1202/3.1), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly (Baku, 23 May 2014):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Opinion No. 287 (2014), Recommendation 2045 (2014) and Resolutions 1996 to 1998 (2014) adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly (Baku, 23 May 2014).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendation 2045 (2014) to the competent committee of experts for information and possible comments and to the relevant Rapporteur Group with a view to preparing a draft reply for adoption at an early date, as appropriate.”

At their 1200th meeting (28 May 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1200/3.1a), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 659 by Mr Michael Aastrup Jensen on the “Report by the Commissioner for Human Rights following his visit to Denmark”.

At their 1198th meeting (29-30 April and 2 May 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1198/3.2a), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 657 by Mr Martin Henriksen on “Framing of a State’s family policy”.

At their 1198th meeting (29-30 April and 2 May 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1198/3.1), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at the 2nd part of the 2014 Session (Strasbourg, 7-11 April 2014):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Recommendations 2040 to 2044 (2014) and Resolutions 1983 to 1995 (2014) adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its 2nd part of the 2014 Session (Strasbourg, 7-11 April 2014).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendations 2040 to 2044 (2014) to the competent organs and/or committees of experts for information and possible comments and to the relevant Rapporteur Groups with a view to preparing draft replies for adoption at an early date, as appropriate.”

At their 1197th meeting (16 April 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1197/3.1b), the Deputies took note of the report of Mr Sebastian Kurz, Minister for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs of Austria and Chairman of the Committee of Ministers, to the Parliamentary Assembly (CM/AS(2014)3) and of his statement (CM/AS(2014)4). They took note of the replies given to parliamentary questions by the Chairman of the Committee of Ministers (AS(2014)CR11).

At their 1195th meeting (19 and 20 March 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1195/3.1), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly (Paris, 7 March 2014):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Recommendations 2038 and 2039 (2014) and Resolutions 1980 to 1982 (2014) adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly (Paris, 7 March 2014).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendations 2038 and 2039 (2014) to the competent committees of experts for information and possible comments and to the relevant Rapporteur Groups with a view to preparing draft replies for adoption at an early date, as appropriate.”

At their 1194th meeting (12-14 March 2014), the Deputies adopted replies to Written Questions: No. 650 by Mr Martin Henriksen on “A State’s right to protect its religious and cultural heritage” (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1194/3.1a), No. 656 by Sir Roger Gale on the “Implementation of the European Convention on Transfrontier Television” (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1194/3.1b), No. 649 by Mr Martin Henriksen on the “Application of the Human Rights Convention to protect criminals from expulsion” (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1194/3.1c), No. 647 by Mr Mogens Jensen on “Prohibition of same-sex marriage in Croatia” (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1194/3.1d) and No. 651 by Mr Pieter Omtzigt on “Compatibility of the European Convention on Human Rights and the Cairo Declaration” (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1194/3.1e).

At their 1192nd meeting (19-21 February 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1192/3.1a), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 653 by Mr Klaas de Vries on “Human rights in the armed forces”.

At their 1191st meeting (12-13 February 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1191/3.1), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at the 1st part of the 2014 Session (Strasbourg, 27-31 January 2014):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Recommendations 2031 to 2037 (2014) and Resolutions 1966 to 1979 (2014) adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its 1st part of the 2014 Session (Strasbourg, 27-31 January 2014).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendations 2031 to 2037 (2014) to the competent organs and/or committees of experts for information and possible comments and to the relevant Rapporteur Groups and/or Thematic Co-ordinators with a view to preparing draft replies for adoption at an early date, as appropriate.”

At their 1190th meeting (5 February 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1190/3.1b), the Deputies took note of the report of Mr Sebastian Kurz, Minister for European and International Affairs of Austria and Chairman of the Committee of Ministers, to the Parliamentary Assembly (CM/AS(2014)1) and of his statement (CM/AS(2014)2). They also took note of the replies given to parliamentary questions by the Chairman of the Committee of Ministers (AS(2014)CR2).

At their 1189th meeting (22 January 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1189/3.2b), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 646 by Mr Konstantinos Triantafyllos: “Illegal immigration and loss of children in the Aegean Sea”.

Joint Committee

At their 1188th meeting (15 January 2014) (CM/Del/Dec(2014)1188/3.1), the Deputies marked their agreement with the draft agenda as proposed by the Bureau of the Parliamentary Assembly and invited their Chair to reply accordingly to the letter of the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly dated 16 December 2013.
