The Committee of Ministers,1
Having regard to Article 9 of the Additional Protocol to the European Social Charter providing for a system of collective complaints;
Taking into consideration the complaint lodged on 19 July 2011 by the Syndicat de Défense des fonctionnaires against France;
Having regard to the report transmitted by the European Committee of Social Rights containing its decision on the merits, in which it concluded unanimously that Articles 2§6, 20 and E are not applicable and that there is no violation of Articles 12 and 1§2 of the Revised Charter,
Takes note of the report.
