Résolution n° 4 (1996) dressant l'inventaire des habitats naturels menacés nécessitant des mesures de conservation spécifiques

(adoptée par le Comité permanent le 6 décembre 1996)

Le Comité permanent de la Convention relative à la conservation de la vie sauvage et du milieu naturel de l'Europe, agissant en vertu de l'article 14 de la convention,

 

Eu égard à sa Résolution n° 1 (1989) concernant les dispositions relatives à la protection des habitats ;

 

Eu égard à sa Recommandation n° 14 (1989) concernant la conservation des habitats des espèces et la conservation des habitats naturels menacés ;

 

Reconnaissant que, pour les Parties Contractantes qui sont Etats membres de l'Union européenne, la liste des habitats naturels nécessitant des mesures de conservation spécifiques correspond à l'Annexe I de la Directive du Conseil 92/43/CEE du 21 mai 1992 concernant la conservation des habitats naturels ainsi que de la faune et de la flore sauvages,

 

Décide de conférer aux types d'habitats naturels énumérés dans l'annexe I de la présente Résolution le statut d'habitats naturels menacés nécessitant des mesures spécifiques de conservation (les unités élémentaires sont affectées du symbole !) ;

 

Décide de remettre régulièrement à jour l'annexe I de cette Résolution.
