Accounts of the Partial Agreement
establishing the European Centre for
Global Interdependence and Solidarity
for the financial year 1999 

(Adopted by the Committee of Ministers
 on 30 October 2000
 at the 728th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies)

 

 

The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 16 of the Statute of the Council of Europe with its composition limited to the Representatives of the states which were members in 1999 of the European Centre for Global Interdependence and Solidarity [4]1,

Having regard to Article 79 of the Financial Regulations of the Council of Europe;

Having regard to the accounts of the Partial Agreement of the European Centre for Global

Interdependence and Solidarity for the financial year 1999 submitted by the Secretary General

(CM(2000)104);

Having regard to the Decision taken by the Committee of Ministers at the 456th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies (April 1991, item 20) to submit the accounts of the Centre for approval to the Meeting of Representatives of the Members of the Centre; 

Having regard to the Report of the Board of Auditors (CM(2000)68);

Having regard to Resolution MS/NS (2000) ACC 1 of the Meeting of Representatives of

Members of the Centre regarding the 1999 accounts and its accompanying comments, 

Resolves as follows: 

Single article:

Discharge is hereby given to the Secretary General in respect of his management of the Partial

Agreement establishing the European Centre for Global Interdependence and Solidarity for

the year from 1 January to 31 December 1999.
