Introduction
This document sets out the state of preparation of the 17th Session of the Ministerial Conference to be held in Kyiv on 3-4 November 2011 (dates are now confirmed) and includes drafts for the agenda, the programme and the list of documents. These drafts have been approved by the CDLR and sent to the Committee of Ministers for it to examine.
As members will note, the draft programme is based on the format developed for the 16th Session of the Ministerial Conference in Utrecht.
The draft agenda includes the themes identified by the CDLR at its meeting in October 2010.
Action required
The LR-IC is invited to take note of the state of preparation of the 17th Session of the Ministerial Conference and to raise any issues it deems appropriate.
