12.00    FirstEdition of the Dosta!-Congress Prize for Municipalities

Lobby of the Hemicycle

The prize will be awarded to three municipalities whose initiatives in favour of their Roma population have been deemed by the judges to be the most innovative and creative.

The ceremony will be followed by a reception and the première of the European Anthem sung in Romani by celebrated Rom singer Esma Redzepova accompanied by the Teodosievski Ensemble
