on the Enlarged Partial Agreement on
the European Centre for Modern Languages (Graz)
2009 Budget

at the 1042nd meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies)

The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 16 of the Statute of the Council of Europe and in its composition restricted to the Representatives of the States members of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on the European Centre for Modern Languages (Graz),1

Having regard to Resolution (94) 10 of 8 April 1994 on an Enlarged Partial Agreement establishing the European Centre for Modern Languages;

Having regard to Resolution (98) 11 confirming the continuation of the European Centre for Modern Languages;

Having regard to Articles 19, 21 and 28 of the Financial Regulations;

Having regard to Resolution CM/Res(2008)46 of 25 November 2008 fixing the scale of contributions of states members to the Enlarged Partial Agreement on the European Centre for Modern Languages (Graz);

Having regard to the draft Budget for 2009 submitted by the Secretary General (CM(2008)130 vol3);

Having regard to the Budget Committee's report of 18 September 2008 (document CM(2008)132),

Resolves as follows:

1. The budget of expenditure for 2009, totalling €1 603 800 and divided into heads and sub-heads according to Table A appended hereto and the budget of receipts totalling €1 603 800 according to Table B appended hereto are hereby approved.

2. Approval is hereby given to the apportionment, among the States members of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on the European Centre for Modern Languages (Graz), of the contributions for 2009 totalling €1 603 800 according to Table C appended hereto.

3. The budget of programme expenditure shall be equal to the difference between the total of the budget of receipts and the total of the budget of expenditure for operational expenditure totalling €950 800 as presented in Table A appended hereto.

4. The total of the budget of receipts shall be a function of collected receipts and adjusted accordingly in the course of the financial year.
