Action

To adopt the draft decisions below.

1. The Deputies are invited to approve the draft terms of reference of a number of subordinate bodies of the European Committee on Legal Co-operation (CDCJ), as they are set out in document CM(2006)222 revised.

2. The draft terms of reference, as they are set out in document CM(2006)222 revised, were examined on 10 January 2007 by the Rapporteur Group on Legal Co-operation (GR-J), which recommended their adoption to the Deputies at their 985th meeting (31 January 2007).

Financing assured: yes.
