To hold a first exchange of views on the above-mentioned Written Questions to the Committee of Ministers with a view to preparing draft replies.

1. The above-mentioned Written Questions are reproduced in documents CM/AS(2009)Quest557, CM/AS(2009)Quest558, CM/AS(2009)Quest559 and CM/AS(2009)Quest560 respectively.

2. After a first exchange of views on these Written Questions, the Deputies might wish to instruct the Secretariat to prepare draft replies.
