European Social Charter –
Collective Complaint No. 47/2008 by Defence for Children International (DCI) against the Netherlands

In conformity with Article 9 of the Additional Protocol to the European Social Charter providing for a system of collective complaints, the Deputies in their composition restricted to the representatives of the Contracting Parties to the European Social Charter or to the Revised European Social Charter in the Committee of Ministers1 adopted Resolution CM/ResChS(2010)6, as it appears at Appendix 11 to the present volume of Decisions.
