Decisions

The Deputies

1. approved the increase of the membership of the European Committee on Crime Problems (CDPC) Bureau from seven to nine members;

2. approved the revised specific terms of reference of the Select Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering Measures (MONEYVAL) as they appear at Appendix 19 to the present volume of Decisions, extending the terms of office of the Chair and Vice-Chair from one to two years, in order that these terms of office remain in phase with the monitoring cycles;

3. invited their Rapporteur Group on Legal Cooperation (GR-J) to consider the draft specific terms of reference of the Consultative Council of European Prosecutors (CCPE), as they appear in Appendix V to document CM(2005)41, and to report back;

4. approved the revised specific terms of reference of the Committee of Experts on transnational criminal justice (PC-TJ) as they appear at Appendix 20 to the present volume of Decisions;

5. approved the ad hoc terms of reference for the Council for Police Matters (PC-PM) relating to the regulation of private security services as they appear at Appendix 21 to the present volume of Decisions;

6. took note of the abridged report of the 54th plenary meeting of the CDPC (Strasbourg, 7-11 March 2005) as a whole, as it appears in document CM(2005)41.
