15. Election of the Bureau
The terms of reference of the existing Bureau come to an end at the end of 2006. The CEPEJ will have to elect a new President, Vice-President and two members of the Bureau. The election of the President will take place on 6 December (14.30); the election of the Vice-President on 7 December (9.30) and the election of the two members on 7 December (14.30).

Organisations who have been granted observer status with the CEPEJ are entitled, if they wish, to make an oral presentation of their current activities relevant to the CEPEJ and/or submit a written information to the Secretariat which could be distributed during the meeting.
