Debate on the consequences of the international financial crisis for European territorial authorities
[04/03/2009] The Congress is responding to the current economic downturn by organising, on 4 March, a debate on ways for European territorial authorities to cope with the consequences of the international financial crisis.
Among participants to the debate are Maurice Vincent, Mayor of Saint-Etienne (France), Svetlana Orlova, Representative of the Kemerovo Regional Parliament in the Russian Federal Assembly (Russian Federation), Vladimir Moskov, Mayor of Goce Delcev (Bulgaria) and Vice-President of NALAS, and Yevgen Kartashov, President of the Municipal Council of Zaporizhzhya (Ukraine).
The debate will continue on 5 March in the afternoon with the particpation of Adrien Zeller, Président of the Regional Council of Bas-Rhin (France).

Débat sur les conséquences de la crise financière internationale pour les collectivités territoriales
[04/03/2009] Le Congrès réagit à la récession économique qui sévit actuellement en organisant, le 4 mars, un débat consacré aux moyens permettant aux collectivités territoriales européennes de faire face aux conséquences de la crise financière internationale.
Parmi les intervenants, figurent Maurice Vincent, maire de Saint-Etienne (France), Svetlana Orlova, représentante du parlement régional de Kemerovo à l’Assemblée fédérale russe (Fédération de Russie), Vladimir Moskov, maire de Goce Delcev (Bulgarie) et vice-président du réseau NALAS, et Yevgen Kartashov, Président du Conseil municipal de Zaporizhzhya (Ukraine).
